The entire manufacturing process at Hung Hai is rigorously controlled under international standards, utilizing advanced European technology to ensure high performance, superior stability, and environmental compatibility. Our PCE products are formulated with flexible design, allowing for optimized mix proportioning, enhanced concrete strength, improved workability, and a reduction in water content. This fundamentally contributes to elevating the quality and sustainability of all construction projects.

3,000 Tons of PCE per month

With two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants located in Hung Yen and Da Nang, Hung Hai currently boasts a production capacity of up to 3,000 tons of PCE per month, enabling us to meet the demands of both the domestic market and international projects.

KEY PROJECTS

Hung Hai is proud to be the concrete admixture supplier for the Vinhomes Metropolis Project at 29 Lieu Giai – a complex of high-class apartments, offices, and commercial spaces, an architectural symbol of Hanoi.

Meeting the stringent standards for quality and aesthetics for high-rise towers, Hung Hai supplied special admixtures that help optimize the mix design, enhance the workability and flow of the concrete. The product ensures long-term strength and durability and a smooth, beautiful finished surface, while also helping to shorten the construction schedule.

Vinhomes Metropolis Hanoi

The Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Production Complex Project – the largest steel complex in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with a total investment of over 7 billion USD.

In a project of national strategic importance, demanding rigorous techniques and a tight schedule, Hung Hai supplied special admixtures. The products helped optimize the mix design, enhance the strength and long-term durability for large-load-bearing structures in harsh industrial environments, while also improving the workability of the concrete.

A key energy project with a capacity of 18 MW, contributing to ensuring energy security for the Northwest region.

Built on complex terrain and subjected to harsh climate, the project required superior concrete quality for the dam, diversion tunnel, and powerhouse. Hung Hai supplied special admixtures that helped optimize the mix design, enhance strength, durability, and high resistance to water penetration and abrasion.

Hung Hai's products contributed to ensuring the sustainability and safety, helping Nam Hoa 1 Hydropower Plant complete on schedule and operate stably for over a decade, affirming the company's reputation in the field of energy projects.

A key traffic infrastructure project, connecting Le Duan street with National Highway 1A and crossing the North-South railway line.

With a total investment of 250 billion VND and the role of alleviating congestion on a vital traffic artery, the bridge required the concrete structure quality to meet the highest standards for durability and high load-bearing capacity. Hung Hai supplied special admixtures that helped optimize the mix design, enhance the strength and workability for the construction of bridge beams and abutments/piers.

Participation in the Mai Son Bridge project is proof of Hung Hai's capacity, reputation, and commitment to quality in national transportation infrastructure projects.
